My family understands that it is a privilege to attend our Metropolis Camp & Retreat programs and will represent ourselves in a Christ-like manner.

I understand that I am responsible for my children and will ensure they are accompanied at all times.

We will refrain from using profane language and all illegal drugs, including alcohol and tobacco (There will be a designated area off-site for those who smoke tobacco).

We will read and abide by the Metropolis Dress Code.

We will abide by all the rules and guidelines that will be outlined to us by the Youth and Young Adult Director, Camp Ministries Coordinator, Clergy, and the Camp Staff.

We will respect all property including housing and indoor/outdoor facilities.

My family and I will be personally responsible for our actions, and if our behavior is not that of an Orthodox Christian, we will be asked to leave the camp.

Your family's photos may appear in the Metropolis website Photo Gallery and we reserve the right to use any photos or videos for promotional materials. If you do not wish for your family's photos to appear in such materials, please contact the Metropolis Youth and Young Adult Director, before the retreat: (412-621-8543 or [email protected]).

We also agree that if my anyone in our family tests positive, is showing any symptoms, or was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 5 days prior to arrival, we will refrain from attending.

We understand that a $100 cancellation fee will be collected for all cancellations after Thursday, September 4.

We understand that if space is needed, we are required to share a cabin with at least one other family, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

It is assumed that all participants will remain on-site for the duration of the program, unless a medical emergency arises. We will inform someone in administration if we need to go off-site for any reason prior to doing so.
